1. Upper and lower vacuum chamber and sealing ring
   The vacuum packaging machine commonly known at present is a cavity structure, which is composed of an upper vacuum chamber, a lower vacuum chamber and a sealing ring placed between the upper and lower vacuum chambers. The upper and lower vacuum chambers are generally made of aluminum alloy after casting and milling, or the stainless steel sheet is welded and flattened after hemming or molding. There are also upper and lower vacuum chambers that are made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. Aluminum alloys are common alloys and aluminum-magnesium alloys, the latter is resistant to acid, alkali and corrosion, but the cost is higher. The aluminum alloy vacuum chamber is milled and wound, and its sealing plane and sealing groove plane are very flat, and the vacuum chamber has good sealing performance. The commonly used thickness of stainless steel sheet is 2-4MM, and the thin thickness is easy to deform after being compressed and the welding seam cracks and the vacuum chamber leaks. In addition, a sealing groove is generally opened on the plane around the upper vacuum chamber of the stainless steel. The sealing groove is affected by the processing technology. The flatness is poor, and the sealing performance of the vacuum chamber is reduced accordingly. Therefore, in some models, the upper vacuum chamber adopts aluminum alloy casting and milling to process the sealed groove, and the lower vacuum chamber adopts thick stainless steel plate to be processed into a flat plate type. When purchasing, for the packaging of relatively dry and non-corrosive materials such as solids and granules, aluminum alloy can be used. For the packaging with soup, materials with high salt and acid content, stainless steel or aluminum-magnesium alloy can be used. . The sealing ring is generally made of silicone rubber, black rubber, and a few low-end products are made of foam rubber. Silicone rubber has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good sealing, long service life, foam rubber has poor sealing, easy to fall off, and short service life.
2. Upper vacuum chamber opening, displacement and balancing device
Commonly used vacuum packaging machines are single-chamber and double-chamber. The single-chamber is a flap type. There are two sets of brackets at the rear of the upper and lower vacuum chambers. There is a long shaft with a double torsion spring in the middle, which is balanced by the double torsion spring. The opening angle varies from 45 to 75 degrees. The double chamber is reciprocating. The lower vacuum chamber is divided into left and right two working rooms. The upper vacuum chamber is supported by four connecting rods to move left and right. The four connecting rods are fixed on two long shafts. There are tension spring forks on the long shaft. The lower part of the two tension springs is located on the frame, and the upper part is located on the tension spring fork, which plays a role in balancing the gravity of the operation. The two long shafts are positioned by the two sets of bearing seats, and the upper parts of the four connecting rods are also equipped with miniature bearings Therefore, the left and right displacement is very easy. When the vacuum is started, a little pressure is applied, and it can be automatically opened after the return of air. The four connecting rods supporting the displacement upper vacuum chamber, the two front and back on each long axis, must be kept parallel, and the two sets of connecting rods must also be kept relatively parallel to ensure that the upper vacuum chamber is the same as the lower vacuum chamber in any position on the left and right Keep it parallel. Otherwise, the upper and lower vacuum chambers cannot be kept parallel, the operating pressure will increase significantly, and even in severe cases, the vacuum cannot even be established normally.


3. Hot press sealing device and printing device
The device is installed in the vacuum chamber, usually there are two groups, there is also a group, generally the single-chamber flap-type movable part is installed in the lower vacuum chamber, and the double-chamber reciprocating movable part is installed in the upper vacuum chamber, movable part device It is mainly composed of the following parts: the heat-sealing gas chamber frame is fixed in the upper vacuum chamber, the two ends are provided with a guide post and a spring to form a reset device, and the hot pressing frame base has a guide sleeve at the two ends, which are sleeved on the guide post and the heat-sealing gas chamber frame There is a heat sealing gas chamber between the hot pressing frame seat (also called vacuum chamber as atmospheric chamber and heat sealing gas chamber as small gas chamber). The heat sealing gas chamber is made of plastic water pipe, and the two ends are clamped with clamp pipes, which is also useful. The rubber water glue processing of the inner tube of bicycle or rickshaw, there is a gas nozzle in the middle, the hot pressing frame body of epoxy plate processing is fixed on the hot pressing frame seat, the two ends have the reel shaft, the nickel-chromium alloy belt is made of the reel shaft The roll is tightly positioned and the outer bread has a heat-sealed varnished cloth. The fixed part of the device is mainly composed of a printed rubber frame and printed rubber strips. The printed rubber strips are processed with heat-resistant silicone rubber. One plane has diagonal or straight lines, and the other side is equipped with round or square holes. The characters or square characters are embedded in it, and the uneven and transparent production date is printed at the same time as the sealing. If a colored printing is required, an additional ribbon printer is required.

4. Vacuum pump, vacuum meter and vacuum solenoid valve
There are two kinds of vacuum pump installation methods, one is built-in type, usually using XD-020, XD-040 type single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump, generally 400 type packaging machine uses XD-020 pump, 500 type packaging machine uses XD-040 pump , Some manufacturers use two XD-020 pumps instead of one XD-040 pump to reduce costs, but the XD-020 pump is 2880 rpm, high speed, fast wear and short service life, while the XD-040 pump is 1440 rpm, low speed, large force distance, relatively extended service life. The other is an external type, usually using a 2X-15 two-stage rotary vane vacuum pump. The pump has a fast pumping rate and a higher vacuum degree than a single-stage pump. It is generally suitable for larger production batches, and the vacuum degree is higher or required. Installed outdoors to reduce exhaust pollution.


  Vacuum meters are usually used on the front of the axis, installed on the operation panel or the front of the fuselage, commonly used ¢60 table, accuracy is 2.5 grade; ¢100 table, accuracy is 1.5 grade.
Vacuum solenoid valves usually use two, one is ¢5 two-position three-way solenoid valve, the main function is to control the up and down displacement of the hot pressure sealing device. The other is ¢15 two-position two-way solenoid valve. The main function is to open the passage after the vacuum and heat sealing are completed, so that the atmosphere returns to the vacuum chamber, otherwise the vacuum chamber cannot be opened.

5. Time relay, transformer and AC contactor, etc.
  Time relays usually use two, one to control the vacuum time, usually 30S or 60S; the other is to control the heat sealing time, usually 5S or 6S. There are three common types, one is the JS14A-y type external type, the body is installed on the electrical circuit board, and the adjustment knob is installed on the operation panel; the other is the turntable type, the body is installed on the operation panel, and the body has a large Turntable; There is also a digital display, installed on the operation panel, 0-99S for vacuum, 0-9.9S for heat sealing.


   Usually two transformers are used. The smaller one is used to control the transformer. Input 380V, output 220V to provide control loop working power, and output 6.3V to provide indicator power. Larger ones are heat-sealed transformers, generally 400W for 400 packaging machines, 600W for 500 packaging machines, 380V input (220V for a small number of single-phase power packaging machines), and 20-36V output in five gears and 20V in one gear The heat sealing current is the smallest, and the five-speed 36V heat sealing current is the largest.


There are usually two AC contactors, one controls the vacuum pump and the other controls the heat-sealed transformer. The general working voltage is 220V and the working current is 10A.
  Because the working voltage of the control loop is 220V, the working voltage of the coils such as time relay, vacuum solenoid valve, AC contactor and counter are all 220V.
