Basic processing method for packaging scale failure

The mechanical part of the packaging scale is mainly composed of a storage hopper, a large and small spiral, a weighing hopper, a discharge transition bin, and a bag holder; the electrical control part consists of a load cell, a weighing display instrument, a PLC, a bag switch, a solenoid valve and a frequency converter Etc composition. ?Improper operation of the packaging scale will cause the quantitative packaging scale to fail. So what causes the packaging scale to fail and what to do when the failure occurs? (1) There is no bag clamping or discharging, which is usually a problem with the bag clamping switch, bag switching switch, solenoid valve or cylinder controlling the bag clamping. (2) The large or small cut-off door and the bucket discharge door cannot be opened or closed, which is usually a problem in controlling the solenoid valve or the cylinder. 3 (3) After the material is weighed, the material door can not be opened automatically and the loose bag can not be opened. If you press the manual material release button, the solenoid valve or cylinder that controls the material door is generally defective. It will return to normal after replacing the spare parts. If it is feasible to press the manual discharge button, it means that the weighing is out of tolerance or the system parameters are set incorrectly. (4) Leakage of bucket mouth or bag mouth is usually caused by problems with the solenoid valve or cylinder due to the tightness of the scale body and insufficient air pressure (just check the air source greater than 0.4MP). (5) The measurement is not accurate, and the meter display is unstable. It may be the zero drift of the instrument (calibration with a standard weight) or the parameter setting needs to be re-corrected, or the load cell is faulty (replace the sensor and take the weight for nominal). (6) When the system cannot discharge normally, set the selection switch to manual, and then press the release button for more than 3s, then the corresponding packaging scale can return to normal after the initialization operation.
